This restoration work was done on a section of the Dionne Brook, a tributary of the Scoudouc River. There is a severely eroding meander that was targetted for stabilization, as it released heavy load of sediment in the river.

The work includes the construction of an 18ft. retaining wall to stop erosion, deflector trees (christmas trees) installed to catch sediment and stop erosion, and trees planted on the riverbank.
