The Shediac Bay Watershed Association currently has several openings on our Board of Directors.
Our Board is focused on the preservation of the unique ecosystem that sustains Shediac Bay, Parlee Beach, the two rivers and small streams that empty into the Bay. The Board oversees all aspects of our program. We maintain a variety of projects through funding grants that support an Executive Manager, a small team of permanent and seasonal staff, as well as students and local contractors.
If you share our vision and would like to join us to maintain the health of our watershed, then you may wish to consider being a member of our Board. Our directors come from all walks of life and share a common interest in the environment. Directors can be either permanent or seasonal residents or businesses operating within the watershed.
